*  Custom Quilting starts at $0.03 per sq in.

              *  Specialty hand meandering or stippling starts at 0.04/sq.in.

              *  Borders are $20.00 .  One charge four sides. 

              *   Additional borders $10.00 each.

              *   We will sew binding on your quilt 

      for you to hand finish for $30.00.

              *    We will machine finish binding on your quilt for $40.00. 

BATTING  

We have 4 types of batting for you to choose:

100% cotton with light scrim is $8.00 per yard.

80/20 blend batting is $8.00 per yard.

Hobbs Poly Down with light resin bond is $8.00 per yard.

Lightweight poly with scrim is $6.00 per yard.      

             DEPOSIT AND RETURN POLICY    When you send us your quilt please include a deposit of $50.00 or 1/2 of the expected quilting cost.  Your deposit will be returned if you change your mind before the quilting job is started.   If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your finished quilt and cannot resolve this with Beehaven, we will return your payment.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

             Simply call us or fax us with your credit card information and we will be happy to apply your quilting service charges to your credit card.

 SHIPPING & HANDLING GUIDELINES

We will return your quilt  to you by UPS .  If you have another preference, please state this on your worksheet.  We insure your package for $200.- $300.  If you wish higher insurance coverage, please tell us.  If you want your quilt sent any way other than standard ground for UPS  please tell us.

We have decided that for ease in record-keeping we must have standard shipping charges.  All client shipping will begin at $15.00.    This reflects our cost for shipping only.  As we travel 8 miles round trip to "town" and do not include this in our shipping rates, we feel you are getting a fair break.
